Account Deletion
We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your ParthOne Adventures account and all associated personal data, you can do so directly from within the app or by submitting a request.
What happens when you delete your account?
- Your profile, photos, and personal information will be permanently deleted.
- Your ride history, planned trips, and saved routes will be removed.
- You will be removed from all community groups and ride events.
- This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account in the App
- Open the ParthOne Adventures app on your mobile device.
- Go to Profile > Settings.
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your data.
Submit a Manual Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the app and wish to have your data deleted, please contact our support team. Email us at support@parth-one.com using the email address associated with your account, and include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7-14 business days.
